Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and help provide a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or customization reasons. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Perishable items, such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges
For the quickest service, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us for assistance.
